The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services on the community.

SASSA might be rendering providers including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it's alarmed concerning the significant range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your substantial variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office devoted to service the area daily. The service stage designed for intervention activities a superior inflow of potential beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra resources to help the servicing of all customers read more and increase use of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
